This study addresses interactions of the economy and energy in a computable general equilibrium(CGE) focusing on technological change in nuclear power generation in the national economy. This paper pays attention to the nuclear power generation sector by taking the industry as technological change and then investigating economic effect of it. The main results are as follows; First, the technological change in nuclear power generation has a positive impact on GDP and welfare in Korea. Increased productivity raises the GDP by from 0.018% to 0.165%. Second, the technological change raises the production of nuclear power generation by from 0.33% to 3.30%.
